Limited Edition Brian Fallon 1959 Telecaster Custom

Limited Edition Brian Fallon 1959 Telecaster Custom

From Fender:

"Since breaking through with The Gaslight Anthem’s critically acclaimed record, The ’59 Sound in 2008, singer-songwriter Brian Fallon stands as one of the most respected voices of his generation. From his timeless melodies to perfectly crafted rhythm guitar parts, his TelecasterĀ® plays a pivotal role in his music. Growing up idolizing both Bruce Springsteen and Joe Strummer, Brian’s love for this ā€œworking man’sā€ instrument was undeniable. In his mind, a TelecasterĀ® matches his style—it not only represents his heroes but symbolized the same no-nonsense approach to songwriting and performing he admires.Ā

The Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition Brian Fallon ’59 TelecasterĀ® Custom perfectly embodies the balance of raw, powerful resonance with sweet, delicate chime TeleĀ® fans revere. Based on Fallon’s personal #1 Telecaster, the double-bound, lightweight two-piece alder body is elegantly finished in Journeyman RelicĀ® black lacquer and is paired with comfortable rift-sawn ’60-Style Oval ā€œCā€ maple neck and flat-laminated dark AAA rosewood fingerboard.Ā With all the ideal first-year Telecaster Custom appointments, this guitar captures the nuances collectors and vintage guitar fans love, but there are a few key specs that set this guitar apart from the pack.Ā Loaded with a pair of Righteous Sound ā€œFourth Manā€ pickups and Dual Stack HS TeleĀ® wiring, this limited-edition TelecasterĀ® Custom has midrangy snarl and bite from the bridge pickup and warm, clear note definition from the split-coil neck pickup. When in the middle position, both pickups combine to create shimmering, well-balanced tone."
